How to properly dose cannabis and CBD is one of the most asked questions we receive as well as one of the murkiest waters to navigate. The truth is, getting yourself into that Goldilocks Zone where you’re feeling just right can be a test of patience and some trial and error.<\/p>\n

But, that doesn’t mean we can set some healthy guidelines to get you in the Zone faster. Before we get into some handy charts, first things first:<\/p>\n

There is no One-Size-Fits-All<\/strong>
\nJust like in clothes, diets, and alcohol tolerance, each experience is unique to you. As mentioned in our lesson on cannabinoids<\/a>, your body weight, age, unique condition, body chemistry (i.e genetics, metabolism, liver enzymes) and mood of the day, all<\/em> affect your reaction to the plant and product. It\u2019s helpful to share experiences with friends, but don\u2019t assume your bodies will react the same way.<\/p>\n
