The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) states that a Black person is 3.64 times more likely to be arrested for marijuana possession than a white person even though Black and white people use cannabis at similar rates. Furthermore, Black-owned cannabis businesses take up less than 5% of the industry.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s extremely important that we encourage and support an inclusive and equitable cannabis future, one that reflects the universal healing properties of the plant. Cannabis should be safely accessible to all, both inside and outside of the industry.<\/p>\n
